Message: We purchased a Stanley Halle home after searching many different builders. Stanley Halle offered and built what we consider to be a superior home for an outstanding price. Previously to purchasing a Stanley Halle home we purchased a home from another major builder who also builds homes in Maryland and Delaware. Having been in the construction industry for over 40 years I can honestly say there is absolutely no comparison to the quality and construction between the two homes. Our Stanley Halle home is vastly superior to our previous home built by another builder. Bolted steel beams, poured concrete foundation, 2x6 walls, hurricane ties, beaded baseboard, crown molding, cased windows, and many other features including a fully sodded lawn really sold us on Stanley Halle Homes. Our neighbor who also owns a Stanley Halle home had an energy assessment done by our local Electric company. After the numbers came in the technician doing the assessment told our neighbor his Stanley Halle home was one of the most airtight energy efficient homes he had measured. This was confirmation of what we had already experienced with our Stanly Halle Home. Stanley Halle homes builds a superior home at a great price. I would highly recommend anyone considering new construction to take a serious look at Stanley Halle homes, you won't be disappointed. Five Stars without hesitation.
