Some issues with sub contractors who tend to not put as much care w/ people’s homes (detail oriented stuff - breaking things and not being accountable), but at the end of the day, Capezio delivered. They made everything right in the end and our home looks beautifully restored. I would highly recommend them to others who need restoration work done.

Our insurance company recommended Capezio Contractors, Inc as an option to do the repair and restoration work. Everything about this company and their staff was outstanding from the beginning to the end of this project. The staff was friendly, professional, timely and did great work on all aspects of this job. Our project manager, Gene W. was especially responsive and helpful throughout the restoration and deserving of thanks and praise for keeping us informed throughout the work time on all aspects of the project. Message: When a large old tree feel from the property behind my home, onto my screened back porch, essentially totaling it--I was devastated and didn't know what steps to take first, or how to proceed. Suffice to say, tears were shed! My insurance company (Erie) was excellent in guiding me and Capezio Contractors was absolutely outstanding in helping me to understand a complex process that involved my insurance and mortgage company, and many detailed decisions (from large to small) about how to reconstruct the porch. Tony held my hand through this arduous process, explaining things patiently and getting the whole project set up for success. Following on that, the crew(s) that came to my home were superb. There were quite a few people involved, but the real star was a masterful carpenter who recreated a porch that exceeded expectations in every possible way. He was skilled, responsive, friendly, hardworking and truly a detail-oriented expert in everything he did from building to paint. We communicated well about all of the details and every day he left the work site tidy. His assistant was also excellent and and they were not only productive but fun to have here every day. Finally, the office management was also excellent, handling all of the paperwork, explaining things patiently and responsively. Every single person I interacted with during this process was kind, warm, professional, experienced, and available to me throughout. I highly recommend Capezio, who helped turn a frightening disaster back into a beautiful space I will enjoy for decades to come.

Message: My Insurance company recommended Capezio Contractor's last year to restore my home after water damage. I'm still very satisfied with the work that was done - it looks much better now than before the damage! A number of rooms were affected, and the walls, a ceiling, flooring, and light fixtures had to be repaired or replaced, along with a new bathroom vanity and toilet..
